After Installation Electric Skylights Require Careful Maintenance and Regular Seal Inspection
The window opener is compact in structure, elegant in appearance, low-noise, highly rigid, and easy to install. It can be equipped with optional remote control, smoke, temperature, wind, and rain sensors according to usage needs. It is mainly suitable for the electric opening and closing of various vertical pivoting side windows (skylights).
Please note that the opening of an electric skylight should not be used as a material passage. Do not install scaffolding, hang heavy objects, step on window frames, sashes, or supports on the skylight. Check all items and accessories of the electric skylight to prevent loss. Avoid cleaning any part of the electric skylight with plain water. Prevent electric welding or gas welding sparks from burning or scorching the skylight surface, and avoid striking the skylight during overlapping work operations.
The skylight frame must be securely connected to the wall, with gaps fully filled with elastic material and surface sealant intact without cracks. As a new electromechanical integrated window opener, it combines an attractive appearance with a compact design, offering low transmission resistance, quiet operation, and easy installation. It can be equipped with remote control, smoke detection, temperature control, wind sensing, and rain sensing for automatic window operation.
Check that all hardware is correctly positioned, securely installed, and functions smoothly. External mechanical lock points on electric skylights can be linked with chain or rod-type openers to lock and unlock windows. Dedicated locking/unlocking bolts for electric skylights are suitable for various scenarios, while hidden multi-point lock drives can work with chain or rod-type openers to lock and unlock windows in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions.
